- 2 cups finely diced roasted/cooked beets
- 1 cup finely chopped dried cherries
- 1 Tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- A few pinches of salt and MSG

Finishing the Toast
Ingredients
- 5 slices of rye bread
- Pomegranate molasses
- Minced parsley
- Pecan pieces
Instructions
- Toast bread
- Coat toasts with a thick layer of the ricotta spread
- Top with the beet and dried cherry topping
- Drizzle with pomegranate molasses
- Sprinkle with parsley and pecans
