Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon MSG
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup thinly sliced leeks
- ½ cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Whisk together eggs, salt and MSG in medium bowl. Set aside.
- Heat butter in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add leeks and pepper slices; cook and stir 5 minutes or until softened. Remove skillet from heat.
- Pour in egg mixture. Place skillet in oven. Bake 10 minutes or until set in center.
